Shanganagh Park 19th February 2023

Setanta Orienteers are staging a local come-and-try-it event at Shanganagh Park, Shankill, County Dublin this coming Sunday 19th February.

Entries close Friday night. Limited entry on day with €2 surcharge per person.

There are three courses on offer.

Short course-1.9km with 11 controls,  suitable for beginners, children, families with buggies.

Medium Course– 3.7km with 17 controls suitable for improvers, includes a section outside the park. We recommend that juniors be accompanied with an adult.

Long course-5.7km with 27 controls suitable for experienced orienteers only and fit runners. Includes a section outside the park. 

Location of the start is the car park in Shanganagh Park which is just south of Shankill Village on the R119. Google Maps link

There is a coffee van selling tea and coffee in the car park.
