Setanta Orienteers are hosting the second ‘Dublin By Night’ event of 2019 in Djouce Woods on Saturday 19th January. The event will start in the main forest car park and will be signposted from Kilmacanogue.
Start times between 6pm and 7pm. There will be two courses.
Long; 3.6km;165m climb; 13 controls
Short; 2.6km; 100m climb; 7 controls
Cost is €7 for IOA club members and €8 for guests. SportIdent card hire is €2 for those who need one.
The forest is mainly runnable coniferous plantation with some steep ground and numerous mountain bike tracks. For insurance reasons, no competitors can be under 16 years old.
