Annual General Meeting and club championship

This years Annual General Meeting will take place online on Friday 19th November at 7.30pm. The details of joining the Zoom meeting have been posted to club members. The meeting will take the usual format, with reports from the officers followed by election of new committee and then an open forum. If you have any particular items that you would like to have placed on the agenda or any proposed changes to the club constitution, please send to me by next Friday 12th November (to setanta-committee@googlegroups.com). It is hoped that as many of you as possible will join us to discuss the running of the club going forward following the extended period of restrictions affecting our sport.

In a change to previous years, we will be having our Club Championships the following day, Saturday 20th November. The venue is the Glen of the Downs (car park off the N11 Southbound) and starts will be between 2.30 and 3.00pm. There will be (socially distanced) refreshments and presentation afterwards at the Grove Bar, Willow Grove, A63 XY89. Again, it would be good to see as many of you as possible for what is always an enjoyable and social get together for the club.
