Event Postponed to Oct 15th subject to permits from Coillte and National Park, but they both indicated that this should not be a problem. The forecast is quite uncertain, but with the remnants of Hurricane Lee in the mix, it seems definite that there will be rain Sat night and into Sunday morning with the possibility of the river being dangerous to cross. The annual Setanta Club Championships is on Sat 7th October

This year’s championships are being hosted by Dessie & Sandra Shorten at their residence just 1km from Ballinaclash, just south of Rathdrum in Co Wicklow.

We are using a newly mapped forest and a fun evening of orienteering and socialising is assured.

Start times are between 4pm and ~4.30pm with short and a little longer courses available

This, as always, is a low key handicapped events designed to give everybody a chance to win
